Six years ago, we launched our Access Fellowship program to find a way to open access to the industry to people with different backgrounds and experiences. We have been fortunate to work with incredible fellows: Javaughn Lawrence, Sophie Lalonde, Lindsey Wilcox, Alline Kabbatende, Divya Raghavan, Earl Lee, Evaline Tsai, and Marina Elmore.
This year, we’re beyond excited to expand our Access Fellowship to include a fellow that will be solely focused on the crypto and Web3 ecosystem. Costanoa has made several investments in crypto protocols, picks and shovels, and DeFi hubs, and is currently incubating two crypto companies. We’re looking for someone to help accelerate our activity in the ecosystem. The only criteria is that you’re deeply passionate and knowledgeable about all things crypto (no prior VC experience needed). We care very little about where you went to undergrad (or if you went at all), past work experiences, or even your age! Ideal candidates for this fellowship are already building in web3 and are hungry for an environment that provides them greater learning opportunities.
Our future crypto fellow will help Costanoa find, analyze, and invest in the best founders, protocols, and companies. Click here to learn more about the role and apply here. Questions? Email jobs@costanoavc.com
Costanoa Ventures is a SF Bay Area-based venture capital firm that invests in early-stage companies. We primarily invest in enterprise technology (Applied AI, SaaS, FinTech, Security, DevOps, and Data infrastructure) that changes how business gets done. We are a values-based firm: we believe in trust, collaboration, and treating everyone with dignity and respect. Our purpose is to help build meaningful technology companies, but we believe the environment in which they are nurtured and how our team finds the next great company matters. That’s why cultural fit is as important to us as the skills to do the job.
