My Philosophy
Working in venture capital is fulfilling to me because we are able to give opportunities to high potential companies whose technology reshapes the way business is done. Experience
Prior to joining Costanoa Ventures, I was a Senior Corporate Recruiter at Toptal where I partnered with stakeholders that were distributed all over the world to help them build and scale their teams, hiring processes, and best practices. Before Toptal, I worked as a Technical Recruiter in a boutique staffing agency for 4 years.
Education
B.S. in Hospitality Management and Administration from The Ohio State University.
Outside of Work
In my free time, I enjoy being outdoors (as much as the weather in Ohio allows), and spending time with my friends, family and husband. My other hobbies include cooking, painting, photography, traveling and yoga. I’m also a huge Cleveland Browns football fan and try to make it to a few games every fall!
